GAD Development, LLC works with “an open book” method to client costs. Gadi has experience negotiating the best prices for his clients and passes these prices directly to the client without markup.  A flat-fee is added based on total client costs.  And, “the books” are always open to the client.  Gadi works with his clients on approval of every change order.  The client always makes the decision to modify, add, or subtract any work.
