01 · Who we are and what this covers

This site is operated by GADDEV GROUP, SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (GadDev). These terms govern the use of gaddev.com. The services we provide to our clients (development, branding, consulting, and more) are governed by their own signed contracts and proposals, not by this page. If these terms conflict with a signed contract, the contract prevails.

02 · Using the site

You may browse the site, read its content, and contact us freely. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or scrape its content in an automated way without our permission.

03 · Intellectual property

The site's content (text, design, logos, the GadDev brand) belongs to us or is used under licence. Client trademarks and logos shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and appear with their authorization. Nothing on the site grants you a license to any of these elements.

What we publish (including blog articles on technology, electronic invoicing, or other topics) is general information, not legal, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation. For decisions that depend on your circumstances, consult a professional.

05 · Booking a call or writing to us

Booking a call or writing to us on WhatsApp creates no contractual obligation for you or for us. A services relationship exists only once both parties sign a proposal or contract.

The site uses third-party services, for example to book calls or for WhatsApp messaging. Their use is also subject to those providers' own terms. Details of what data they process are in our Privacy Policy.

07 · Availability and liability

We maintain the site with care, but it is offered "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or the inability to use it.
