Public Authority Requests

This policy applies to any request from a public authority for access to personal data processed by GADDEV GROUP, SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (GadDev), including data received through Meta platforms.

01 · Legality review

Every request is reviewed before we respond, to verify that it is legally valid, with advice from our lawyer where necessary.

02 · Challenging a request

If a request is considered contrary to the law, GadDev will challenge it through the legal channels available before handing over any data.

03 · Minimization

Where a request is valid, we disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply with it.

04 · Documentation

Every request, its legal analysis and the response given are documented, including the people involved and the reasoning.

05 · Systems we operate on behalf of clients

Where the data belongs to a system we operate on behalf of a client (GadDev acting as processor), we notify the client as controller unless expressly prohibited by law.
