01 · What this page covers

This page explains how to request that GADDEV GROUP, SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (GadDev) delete your personal data. It applies to the data we handle as controller: the data of people who visit gaddev.com, write to us by email or WhatsApp, or book a call with us. It also applies to data we receive through Meta platforms, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.

02 · If your data is in a system run by one of our clients

If your relationship is with one of our clients (for example, a clinic whose system we build or operate), the controller of your data is that client, and your request should go to them. We act only under their instructions, and we will give them the technical support needed to fulfill your request.

03 · How to request deletion

Write to us at hello@gaddev.com with the subject line "Data deletion", from the email address (or naming the WhatsApp number) whose data you want deleted. Include your name and a brief description of your relationship with us, so we can locate your data.

04 · What happens next

We will confirm we received your request, verify your identity, and delete your data within a maximum of 30 days. We will confirm once it is done. We may retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, billing records), and we will tell you if that is the case.
