How we turned a pediatric clinic scattered across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and paper into a single digital system, brand, web and software, under one roof.

When GadDev took on the project, Chiquicuidados was already an established clinic with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation in Santa Tecla.
But every appointment was booked by hand over WhatsApp. Records lived in paper and spreadsheets. DTE electronic invoicing (required by the Ministry of Finance) was handled through portals and memory. Four disconnected tools for one operation.
